Kudos to Rich. He PM'd me the right answer but he's disqualified himself from this puzzle. Rich, you're good at solving the puzzles. I really think you should keep playing. You can always pass off the rights to posting the next puzzle if you want.
With this new round of clues, Z is quarantined until 6 pm CT tonight.
Puzzle 9, Round 2: Refer to qualified service personnel. No user serviceable parts inside.

9-3: Here are the last clues. Get your guesses in before Z's embargo expires in a few minutes! Rich nailed the puzzle with the first set of clues, so I think I should probably declare him the winner.

This should give a pretty good clue to anyone who is streaming Rich's record collection: RichP714 wrote:Thomas Dolby "Aliens ate my buick" now playing at CARVER site! Refer to qualified service personnel. No user serviceable parts inside.

Wow, it seems like everyone has lost interest in the game or nobody's streaming Rich's album of the week ... maybe both.
Here's the solution to the puzzle. I'd like to congratulate Rich for getting it right almost immediately after I posted it. I really thought Z would nail it since he has the record!
For those of you who are interested in a translation, the first set of clues was the chorus of the song. If you happened to know that BMW air cooled motorcycles are known as "airheads" then the first clue was a dead giveaway. Thomas Dolby wrote:
