I finally got one in good working order (after three tries on ebay) and I'm just about done with the alignment. She's ready to get passed around to anyone who wants to try it.
Rules:
1. Must have 200 posts on Carver site!
2. Must be willing to pay shipping to the next person on the list (doesn't have to be insured)
IIRC, rabbit was to be first up (is this still true?)

Rich, I'm not in -- but it's a great offer you're giving to the members! PS This is not the same as the BBE unit I bought from Steve Ford -- mine is a model 362 Sound Maximizer, not the 2002 differential load reactance compensator (???)-- whatever difference that makes. But I'm really enjoying the BBE 362 and what it does through my system and the Amazings. I asked for the alignment procedure, but a schemo is all they had (the BBE 2002R is from Barcus Berry, and the rest of them are from BBE inc., so they lost a bit of info) I had to develop my own alignment proc based on how mine behaves at different freqs.
