So this morning I find an Email the LT sent about some 9Ts in Lake Villa, IL near Chicago..
 
Sounded like NOS amps and this guy got them unopened in the box.. LT was telling AJ and myself because we are in the area.. About 3 1/2 hours round trip for me..
 
Long story short, we made the drive to the address the man gave and he showed up on time and had the amps.. He said he opened the boxes to plug them in and they worked..
 
These amps are so clean they look brand new.. Not a nick, scratch, not even dust.. Flawless..
 
Check out the pics.. Told LT they were his find, and he has rights to them, but I'll be happy to keep them as well.. Your call brother..
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Even the rubber pads on the glass plates are like new.

Yeah, they don't get any nicer thats for sure.. I'll hook them up.. They feel heavy so I think they have parts inside.

Nice.  I wonder how well the 25 year old electrolytics will perform - I recall one cap manufacturer published a 3 or 5 year shelf life for their parts.
