All,
I have a line on an A-220 for $120, my current setup is a Yamaha RX-V665 powering all channels except the sub which I am using the TFM-15. I have available 2 TFM-6CBs. I was thinking of picking up the A-220, using all 4 amps for power and eliminate the yamaha internal amps for all but the center channel (Polk RC85i). Which should I use for the fronts(Polk R50's), the TFM-15 or A-220? Sub is  a Cerwin Vega 10" down firing Dual voice Coil. Then of course use the TFM-6CBs for the 4 rear channels which are Polk RC55i's.
TFM-35x (X2, one needs rebuilding)
TFM-15 (X2)
TFM-6CB (X2)
C-5, CT-7, CT-17, DPL-33, TX-10, TX-2
MXR-2000 (X2, one for parts)

I'd use the A-220 on the subs.  If the A-220 is like the rest of the A-series (I have an A-500x), it's a bit strident for the mains.
It should sound like it isn't there.
