On the pro end, probably the PM 600. Home version, I'd say the 500t, although the 500t has quite a bit more output at 4 ohms....
Theater room: Marantz 7005, 2x 1.0t mkII to Infinity Kappa 9s, 1.0t mkII bi-amped to Klipsch RC7 (I know, WAY overkill), A 705x to Klipsch RS7s surrounds, and Klipsch RS7s back. Velodyne DD12, ProJect RPM 1.3 into ProJect tube box S, Oppo BDP 105 & 95, Woo WA6 tube headphone amp, Sony Playstation 3, and Sharp Aquious 70". Monster power center (x2), Doug's interconnects, and Kimber 8tc.

2 channel system: Original Bill D C1, Silver 9t mono blocks, Infinity Kappa 9s, and Oppo 95.

Family room system: Sony ES receiver, A400x, Polk LS 70s, Polk CS 350, Polk LS FX, Sony Blue ray, X Box 360, Wii, Vizeo 55" LED.

Garage system: Pioneer Elite 45x, Infinity Kappa 5s, Ipod interface.

Bench: 3x 500t awaiting mkII, 3x 1.0t awaiting mkII, C1 needing Bill D mods, Pro 2.0t needing refresh, ALIII pair needing some TLC.

Closet: M 500 t Original Bill D refresh, 1.0t Kall mod, M 500 t mk II, TFM 55x (x2), Kappa 8.1 pair, Klipsch RF7 pair.

Very few non-pro Carver amps are rack-ready and those were special-ordered from the factory.
Of course you can always drill holes in yours if you're so inclined.

Am I wrong? I thought the M1.0 was strongly related to the M400 in design, but packaged in a long/narrow box rather than the "cube". If I understand this correctly, the M1.0 would be similar to the M400 but more "rack friendly".
No longer desperately adding to my post count by any means available.

The M1.0t has significantly more power than the M400
So much Carver gear, so little money.

The 1.0t is commonly believed to be significantly under rated, in order to fit into the numerical sequence of the "point T" line up... As Peck said, much more powerful:-)

Seems like the 1.5 is a super popular rack style amp as well....
