Name that schematic

Recommended Posts

Found this on a walk today-

can anyone figure out what it is?

I folded the answer out of the picture so....

Just wonder if there is enough info on the page and if there is someone who can read it

I believe that is a hydraulic or pneumatic schematic, not electrical.

The Company is Doppelmayr, they make lifts for ski resorts. It's dated 2007, so it might be something in the controls for lifts at Jackson Hole, WY or Whistler Blackcomb in BC.

Those are definitely some pretty wicked hydraulic pressure levels, there.  Not something I'd like to be near i a hose bursts.

If Kevin didn't nail it, he's clearly on the right track.

Up at Schweitzer Mountain, ID. This was from a chairlift hydraulic brake system. Great job.

A lot of activity up here at Schweitzer- two new lifts, removed and old lift and adding a new hotel in the village in addition to the usual summer activities like mountain biking.

We are doing some remodeling of our condo and take walks in evening.
