PDR 1,192
So, I'm sitting in my hotel room listening to music on the TV......yep, what a life..... when they start playing Christmass music. A bunch of stuff I've heard a million times come on.....some I really like.....some not so much, when "God rest ye merry gentlemen" comes on....this time a version I have never heard before. I am not really a Annie Lennox fan......but she really nailed this song. I'm thinking .....maybe theres more traditional X-mass songs by artists I havnt heard.....that I should. You guys have favs....or something new we should be checking out? Please post.....maybe theres some gems that we could check out....... Thanxs..... zumbini 6,138
I've loved the Carol Of The Bells since I sang it with my grammar school choir. If you prefer instrumentals you can't beat Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite. I love how the The Dance Of The Sugarplum Fairy conjures up Christmas eve.
