My buddy (Mark) had a TFM-35 that needed work. He gave it to a "friend" who died before completing the repair. His widow cleared out his shop so Mark no longer owns any Carver gear.
The day I heard the DQ-10's they were set up in his loft (Mark is a carpenter by trade and artist by preference) and he was driving them with a vintage 160 wpc Sansui G-8700 receiver.
Some early Carver gear and most units sold at military exchanges are dual voltage. Check the service manual for yours.
Also, look inside the dust cover(s). My M-200t has voltage conversion instructions glued to the inside.
