  4. Hello zeblis, and welcome to thecarversite.com. We're glad you're hear. There is a lot of information here, much technical know how, and a pretty good bunch of folks that are happy to help. Carver subs are popular here. Quite a few have them and love them! Once you get to Novice status, please consider uploading some pics of your gear in the Members Systems area. We all like pics of all kinds of audio gear. In the meantime, kick your shoes off, turn up the music, and welcome aboard.

  10. Welcome! Its hard to beat the Sunfire subs, especially if WAF (Wife Approval Factor) is a consideration. are you going to be running it in a home theater setup, or 2 channel?

  12. Thanks for the ^ explanations . Joined in 2017 with very few posts so I see, for a fact, one does not get booted for laying low. I don't know, it seems that common courtesy and being helpful when I can has kept me from ever being kicked or sandboxed (love that term) from any site...I am glad that is called for here right up front. Bought a M-1.5t last week and see I have a lot of reading to do. The M-400t you guys helped me with long ago is still running nice. Thanks all for that.

  14. What a bunch of losers. You guys couldn't identify great cinematography if it was dropped on your heads via a 70mm IMAX film roll !!! Newsflash - it was supposed to be filmed all herky-jerky. It made it more lifelike and super scary - duhhh !!! Tell me you didn't have terror in your heart when Heather found Mike standing in the corner, screaming his name - and he wouldn't turn around - and then the camera dropped. 😲😲😲😲😲😲 Talk about true talent in cinematography !!! Why don't you Scorsese wannabes take your $60,000 and make a cinematic masterpiece? I'll wait... Next you're going to say that Barney Rubble wasn't a good actor. Stick to reviewing stereo gear guys, stick to stereo gear.

  15. Welcome @zeblis! Glad you opened the door to OCCD, a virus worse than COVID that’s last for years. And with the enablers (infected) people, it’s hard to be contained and safe. If you still want to hang with us, look around the site and enjoy it........grin

  16. I remember reading an article about this movie by humorist Dave Barry. He said they must have made the cinematic decision to strap the camera to the head of a hyperactive seal.
