  1. Glad to have found this site. Still using my Carver Receiver 2000, purchased in 1986. Added a second 2000 in the 1980's for the office. Also have a DTL200, TDR2400, a C9 and a PM175 which is used for another application. All of these are working, but long overdue for upgrades which I hope to begin tackling this year. Undoubtedly the Carver site will be invaluable.

  6. Welcome to the site. The main menu above on the main login screen will help you find the manuals. Many of us use Mouser.com or Digikey.com for sources of components. Mouser out of TX, seems to be the highest level of CS..., for me. DigiKey is also very reliable. Sometimes one vendor will have items the other does not - or better prices..., it is time-consuming research, and both sites have "specifier" wizards..., for dimensions, type, voltage, etc., to narrow down the possibilities in their inventor. Welcome to the site! Post a thread on your restoration..., with pictures, of course! many here will chime in with helpful guidance.

  11. Hello dhforster, and welcome to thecarversite.com. We're glad you're hear. There is a lot of information here, much technical know how, and a pretty good bunch of folks that are happy to help. That's a nice collection of Carver gear. I'm sure you'll find folks here that can point you in the right direction when you're ready to start working on your equipment. Once you get to Novice status, please consider uploading some pics of your gear in the Members Systems area. We all like pics of all kinds of audio gear. In the meantime, kick your shoes off, turn up the music, and welcome aboard.

Mouser and digikey are often mentioned by the resident techs as good sources. Hopefully one of them will chime in here with suggestions. 13. Thanks for that! It reminded me so much of a reference album I have used for years (Days of the New--Yellow) that I had to look to see if any of the artist were shared as Travis Meeks used a lot of guest artist. Nope non shared. I ordered my copy immediately. FYI Days of the New--Yellow https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G97TV66/ref=dm_ws_tlw_trk2
