  1. Hello, I am an audiophile since more than 40 years. I buy usually only second hand equipments in order to have maximum quality for the price spent. I have 6 different audio and video systems at home, with also several 70s and 80s years products. My main system anyway has also more recent gears, with Quad ESL2912, Pre Cat SL1 Reinassance, power amp Sanders Magtech, sources MSB DAC IV, Michell Orbe with Eminent Technology ET2 and Cadenza Black. Now I am building a new system with Carver 1.0T and AR 10 pi greco.

  2. I used sweet white onions. I used a fairly thick bacon and would, for me, change to a thinner bacon. Definitely great flavor, it took a bit for me to get the bacon crispy through and through. (Although I use a fairly cheap electric smoker … so maybe over a flame might change my results). I will definitely do it again though. Thank you @Pat Adams! I always appreciate the sharing community. I tend to get caught up in the same things over and over … Change is good 👍

  3. I used Sweet BabyRays on most of mine ... and Open Pit on a few others (Not pictured due to my wife stealing those right away 😆. I didn't believe BBQ sauce was going to matchup well either Pat, but both worked well. I was actually surprised with the Open Pit. I only did a few with that because I thought for sure the Tangy would be weird.

  4. I tell you this. Those smoked burgers are the bomb. So damn good with the pepper jack cheese and smoke flavor.

  5. I didn't use any BBQ sauce on mine but that is something I will try next time on a few of them. Maybe some Bullseye or Sweet Babyrays. And the hamburgers. You guys need to try smoking some burgers. I know it takes longer but I smoked them for a bout 2 hours @ 250 degrees and man they are awesome.

  6. When I first saw the video on theses things I Knew it was a must try.. adding bbq sauce to bacon just seemed wrong but it totally works. I used large sweet onions and a mix of cheddar and pepper jack cheese. Can’t wait to take those to a party at some point. glad people are trying it out…definite WOW factor with them

  8. What's so great about this idea is you can change the taste in so many ways. Different cheese's, different bacon, also the onions. Along with different smoke and BBQ sauce. I love it.

  12. My turn. LOL. just threw these in the smoker. Had some beef and pepperjack cheese mix left over so I am going to smoke a couple burgers. Never tried smoking burgers before but I could imagine they should taste good.
