I've never been much of a Tequila fan, but since cinco de Mayo, the wifey and I have been on a Margarita kick - made with fresh squeezed lime juice, triple sec, and simple syrup.

My Wife and I have been on a Gin & Tonic kick since the Covid started. We really like this one distilled in collaboration with the Historic Empress Hotel in Victoria... and yes it's purple! :)

Oh hell, another bucket list entry. lol ~^

One thing that a lot of people had in common when I asked about what they did while we were off work was that they drank a lot.

Mugwort, elderberry, pulsatilla, arnica, these are some of my favorite things.. Native American herbs. They don't taste any worse than alcohol.

I really enjoy gin too.  My fave is below:

@Turbo I sometimes get the well aged Crown out. Notice the seal date? Don't know if it got any better but it sure is smooth.

Rob,

Yeah, I have had Crown blended too.  But, boy does their Northern Harvest Rye taste good to my taste buds!  I just love the flavor of their rye.  It rocks.
