My daily commute

Beautiful!  Almost worth getting up before noon, for.  :D/

Too bad it gets spoiled by arriving at work to be greeted by 50 bazillion smelly, noisy chickens to be. (*,)🐔

I have 15-20 minutes of city industrial/commercial, then an hour of what you see in the pics. In the morning. The city part on the way home is 30-35 minutes most days because of traffic.

When I hired in, my commute was almost 2 hours. I did that for a year and had enough. Then I had a 30 minute drive. Now less than 10. Amazing how much money you can save from 2 hours to 10 minutes.

I used to have a cat who loved riding on top of the tank bag.....

He would go 400 miles.

My tank bags didn't last long though.

I lucked out, when we built this house we're in now it took me a half hour to commute to work in bumper to bumper.  Then 2 years later they completed the Legacy Highway and it takes me ten minutes to get to work now, all highway cruising.  And Legacy is about a quarter mile from my house.

Our commuting costs = $0.00.

My office is in the basement, my wife’s office is upstairs.

This started long before the COVID pandemic.
Only once (so far) did she have to text me to turn the music down. 😁

Having one floor of separation is healthy.

Extremely fortunate. Not very picturesque tho.

Drywall pics are good too!

I didn't think anyone would respond to this thread. Now I think it's time to take one of the Nikons in the car and give up on the crappy phone camera. I see amazing cloud structures almost every day.
