AndrewJohn 4,248
That is an amazing set up. Say, question for you, @Dnspy007... looking closely with squinting eyes..., Are those rack handles on your Monster power conditioners? How'd you pull that off - are those a Monster option, or are those some after-market handles and brackets that happen to fit? 1

Thank you sir, The rack handles are the same size as the Carver TFM 15 ( 2.5" ) I just countersunk top and bottom holes . The way the caps are made, The Center screw has been enough to allow picking up by handle........So far 6

The C-19 has heat issues. Taking care of its heat will ensure it remains reliable! It's a very solid design though, and the circuits are packed really tight together in there. In order to resolve the heating issue that causes permanent PCB damage, the voltage regulators really need to be mounted to the chassis with an extra plate of aluminum. I didn't undergo this modification because it would be very time expensive. Eventually I'll do it and post the results. I did however replace and suspend some components that get way to hot to be mounted directly against the PCB. Here's some interior pics of Doug's C-19: 2
RodH 4,195
Is the bottom of the chassis ventilated like the top? Also how far off the bottom are the PCBs? Just curious, I've never actually seen one of these.

I didn't take it apart but, the location of the switches and RCA's puts it somewhere in the neighborhood of 1.5 inches

Thanks Eric They are 110, I have them plugged in the back of the C-19 Set on low.
