Papajoe 220
Hi Guys, Does anyone have any info on Greg Garska. I sent him a C-1 to be upgraded in early November and he gave me a start date for the unit. I know that he has many requests for work to be done and has to schedule all the works to get started on a specific date. Mine was early December. In early January, he sent me an e-mail saying that his wife had spent the last 5 weeks in the hospital with a blood disease. He said that she was feeling better and that he had lost 5 weeks of repair work due to her illness. I have tried to contact him through Nelion Audio, to get any updates my work. He has not responded to my inquiry and I was wondering if any of the members have had any contact with him, recently. I am sure that he is swamped with work; but, having a sickly wife myself, was wondering if everything was OK with him. 4krow 3,845
There was an entire thread on this bad thing that happened to the Garskas. Recovery was painful but it wound up on the positive side. Having said that Greg is swamped for some time to come. I understand that Rob went up to help him out for some time so that was good. We have all been pulling on the same rope here to keep things together, and it seems that things are a bit closer to normal.
Papajoe 220
I was super shocked to get Greg's email. Having a wife who is chronically ill, I could easily commiserate with what Greg was going through. I know how busy Greg has been with his new business and was troubled by the thought that he would find a great amount of work waiting for him to return. I am glad to hear that both of them are recovering from their ordeal. I ,too, am pulling for him to return to some semblance of order. I am not in a rush to get the unit back and so have been patiently waiting for any news from him. I was sure that he would get lots of assistance from the members. Thanks,, Papajoe

Nahash5150 9,343
You've got to be kidding me... I always respond to emails on the company addresses: service@nelionaudio.com info@nelionaudio.com Jan 3 was the last time you contacted me where you replied to my statement about my wife's illness. There was no need for me to reply to that because you said that, " Wish her well from me and my family and when you get it done just let me know and I will take care of the cost. Sincerely, Joe Casalino You could have simply PM'ed me or even called Jim to get my phone number or visited the website to get my phone number or even just Googled to get my phone number instead of making a public statement implying that I'm ignoring you. Wow.
