Well first day at the Gym😒Did 20 reps each on 6 machi8nes then walked 2 miles then finished up with a quarter mile jog. Glad I decided to take it easy but it made me soooo hungrey that I had to go next door for a bagel with cream sneeze🤐

Good Morning All,


We have had a Wellness challenge going on at work. I am 51 and stay active and in pretty good shape. Although I tease my wife " does it really count if you exercise these days if there is no app to prove it?"  It has really helped to track my meals and daily routine, just to see an overview and how much I take in daily and exercise.


Just a thought.
