My name is Ron,  and I grew up in a family Television & Stereo Sales and service, business until the closing 15 years ago. Having been in the business since I was young,  I have seen and owned alot of different makes and models of receivers,  and amplifiers.  I had purchased a Sunfire Grand Cinema amp and processor, and was enjoying the awesome sounds from them until my shop was burgularized 5 years  ago.  At that time of my loss,  I purchased another amp and processer, but the amp had a humming sound from it,  so I ended up putting  them in storage, until now.   I have recently purchased 2 more Sunfire amps and one of these ended up not turning on,  but I can at least say that I am once again enjoying the sound I get from my the other amp that works and the processer that i had in storage.    What brought me here is I am in the search for service manuals for the 2 amps I need to repair.   I do have Sams Photos facts from volume one, so if anybody is looking for television manuals,  it is possible,  that I can dig them out.  Thank you all.  Ron

Good morning Ron and welcome aboard!

All manuals we have available can be found under the “Manuals and Specsheets” tab above.

At the bottom of the window that opens, you will find tabs linking the brands available.

Click on the Sunfire tab and look for what you need.

Welcome @RONBOORON Glad you found us.  This is a great place for information, and a group of guys trying to figure things out.

The bad news is that Sunfire never released any service docs into the public domain...

The good news is that over the years, as people "stumbled" upon various schematics and such, they have shared them here, and made an incomplete volume of material available on Sunfire - mostly user manuals and some schematics.

As @xavionics mentioned, check out the manuals library.

Note that some of the experts have noted that some schematics morphed over time in production runs..., so check what's in your own units, as you use the docs we have as a "general" guide.

And, why not start a repair thread?  There are a couple guys here with pretty good knowledge of the sunfire units, and if they are online, may chime in.

Again, so glad you found us!
