X-mass, Your favs....new and old

Recommended Posts

So, I'm sitting in my hotel room listening to music on the TV......yep, what a life.....

when they start playing Christmass music.

A bunch of stuff I've heard a million times come on.....some I really like.....some not so much,

when "God rest ye merry gentlemen" comes on....this time a version I have never heard before.

I am not really a Annie Lennox fan......but she really nailed this song.

I'm thinking .....maybe theres more traditional X-mass songs by artists I havnt heard.....that I should.

You guys have favs....or something new we should be checking out?

Please post.....maybe theres some gems that we could check out.......

Thanxs.....

I've loved the Carol Of The Bells since I sang it with my grammar school choir.

If you prefer instrumentals you can't beat Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite.
I love how the The Dance Of The Sugarplum Fairy conjures up Christmas eve.
