Hello everyone. I am happy I found this site, as it appears to be a great resource. I recently acquired a couple pieces of Carver gear after being a fan for 40 years. I am a 56 year old guy that used to read Stereo Review in high school and college and always admired Carver gear but for many reasons over the years never owned anything. Well, recently I became interested in Vintage HiFi and decided that mid-70s Pioneers and the like were too expensive. And since they preceded my favorite era (80s' and 90's) they may not be for me. As a result I decided to look into the classic Carver scene since I always wanted some of this gear anyway. Started by buying a couple receivers: HR-742 MXR-130 These pieces have really gotten me back into the 2 channel music scene. Thanks for putting together and providing such a great resource here. Greg
