I spent most of Sunday watching how-to videos on YouTube about different ways to use it. I have a Yamaha RXV-6a and learned that all these multi-channel receivers have only one power source. Which they are telling me my 100 watts per channel x 7 diminishes when in surround mode? I did not know this. It has never been explained before. Given that, this TFM-35 will really help, not only the 2 channels I am going to use it as a pre out for my main channels, but also it will free up the power on the receiver to give more to the remaining 5 channels. This is very nice!
