Let me first say, thank this forum for letting me join. 

I started out with a Pioneer Sa 7500, 2 KLH 2 way speakers and a Technique  SL 1600 turntable.

( middle 70s).   Graduated to an  Pioneer Sa 8500II and 2  Genesis+IIs  and added the Jbl50s. The later of the 2 systems I still have. With that said in the 90s I was looking for a receiver, ( not a lot of bells and  whistles. At the time AV was taking off. 

I listen to alot of receivers, but the Caver 752 sold me. What I found was at mid level listening i could hold a conversation with someone. Cranking it up buy myself..... man.... love it.

Ok enough..... I here to  Possibly find  equipment find good restore or repair, and listen and learn.
