Welcome to the Carver site! I purchased my first Carver component (a tuner) less than a month ago and l will definitely add more Carver units.

Welcome to the site! I joined just a few short weeks ago and it's a great group here.

I listened to the first half of this album on Tidal yesterday evening. Wow! Very nice work and a pleasure to listen to. So relaxing that I unfortunately dozed off while listening - I need to finish it up soon!

Thanks @AndrewJohn! We do have a TV antenna on the roof and I will see about getting a lead from that. But I'm already blown away by what I'm getting with rabbit ears. This is all going to be fun and enjoyable!

Well I just finished setting it up on my main system in my bedroom. WOW!!!!!!!! The clarity, the station separation, the ability to clearly pull in distant stations I didn't know existed - this is an incredible piece of equipment and the best tuner I have owned. I am currently using an SAE A202 amp, Harman-Kardon PM655 pre-amp, and the Carver tuner. Attached are a TEAC TN-300 turntable, a Marantz CD6005 CD player, a Wiim Ultra streaming device, and an inexpensive DAC for the audio from the TV, all using a pair of Bowers & Wilkins DM620 speakers. I also have a smaller system set up in the living room mainly supporting TV audio with a receiver, a multi-CD player, and a pair of Wharfdale speakers. Hope this isn't too long-winded but I'm a retired IT geek with no fear of hardware😂

Hello! As of late this afternoon I am the new owner of a TX-11 tuner. I've been an audio gear fan for a long time and this is my first piece of Carver equipment. Hopefully it won't be my last but I am betting it won't be. I am looking forward to getting to know and enjoy this tuner to the fullest, as well as getting to know about other Carver gear. I am so glad I came across this site!
