Hi All! My name is Rob and I'm new to the site and to most aspects of electronic repair. I recently pulled my MXR-150 I inherited that's not been used for at least 5yrs and want to get it tuned up. Everything works, but I'm seeing what appear to be common capacitor burning scares on main and NR board (all appear OE). I ordered the kit from C&C off ebay to replace and will be cleaning all the pots as first steps, then give it a workout! Thanks for the great site and all the archived info... been reading for a couple hours now. BTW, other equipment includes speakerlab super7s and SL center, apperion home theater speaker with big onkyo reciever, and a nice older pair of klipsch kg 5.2 (soon to have The Receiver reattached!).
