Carver ALIII Plus - Adding Midbass for 3way action

Thoughts/concerns/suggestions on adding mid bass drivers?   

 

Why?

Narrowed demand should add efficiency and reduce stress/stretching to the Ribbons. 

Stronger Mid bass presence as needed.

 

Current target for each driver set: (open to suggestion)

25 to 400 hz from the Infinity perfect 10 swap already completed.

200 to roughly 10k hz  (considering 4 drivers/channel Infinity Polydome midbass - do not require enclosure)

2k - 20khz for Ribbon driver 

 

Fabricate/mount a panel attached to rear of Ribbon (wings) on each outer side with 4 drivers each. 

Gear: 

NAD c162 preamps

Active cross over (to be purchased) 

Carver M1.5t  (3)   1 amp each @  bass/mid/high
