I'm in the process of setting up to digitize my vinyl from a standalone Bang & Olufsen turntable with an MMC (not MM or MC) cartridge through a C-6 preamp. MMC is "Moving Micro Cross", proprietary to B & O. No specs/manual now available for that preamp. Preamp inputs are MC and MM only. As MMC is a moving iron design, it seems input into the preamp should be through the MM in. I'm using Audacity conversion software. With the computer and Audacity set up per Audacity instructions, I get no line in input to Audacity upon attempting to record from vinyl. Anybody know anything about this?
