maytag 858 Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 A while back there was a thread discussing different Bi-Amp set ups. I have included one of the pictures. My question is- The bottom amp, for the subs, the left channel has + going to - on the speaker and - going to +. Is this right or a typo?
fill35U 1,847 Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Good eye, Matthew! Definitely an error. You'd think the black and red wire colors would've helped... Oh, and for some reason the top ("High F") amp has its right channel feeding the left speaker, and the left channel feeding the right speaker. But at first glance, the diagram gets the basic idea across.

The polarity is reversed on the output of the low frequency amp on the left channel.. Good catch..
