Need Help and/or Advice?

Member Half-Baked generously donated a nice pair of quality speaker cables. I have been itching to use them but the problem is that is SPADE Connection and the Carver A-200 that I have cannot accept them, I have been seeing some " adapters " to go from Banana to Spade but really dont know what to do or which to choose. Please guide me accordingly please
