The sweet spot is in the point of the Isosceles Triangle from speakers to ears. Few people sit in the sweet spot, so better sound comes from looking at other options. We tend to move around, play pool, build things, etc. The gorilla in the room is the room. Reflections are everywhere. Different speakers are better in different rooms. As Zumbini says, all work better if you turn them louder. 1
