I am trying to find what belt circumference will work for SD/A360  cd player.  I saw the number .065 inches which is 1.7mm, would 1.5 mm work?

Thank you for the help and welcome messages.  The thread about the cd player was very informative.  I ordered a package of 2 mm belts of various sizes.  I have a A500x amplifier, a CT24 pre-amp tuner and the SD/A-360 player.  I am in California.

Tagging onto this thread for somewhat relevant question...  Is there a good place to order belts by size?   I have a VPI turntable and the belts are $45 each direct from VPI.  I can't imagine these are anything super duper esoteric, but they sure do like to charge for them.

@MattB @gwolford A few places I have in my saved folder,

Listed in no particular order

Was able to source a tt belt from Amazon based on knowing the size and cross section information.

For mine I used this to start the search;

Turntable Belt for Record Player 20.7" Replacement Flat Medium

Many thanks, Bob!    This one has a round belt- looks just like a vary long O-ring with about 2.5mm thickness.  I searched amazon for quite a while and only found flat bands in that size.  I'll keep digging on the sites you linked.

yeah I saw those.  I think I looked a while back and their largest was just a touch short.  I'll have to re-measure the existing one when I get back from the track this weekend.   many appreciates!
