kve777 6,889 Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 What's with the specs on those Kevin? 38 Hz to 140 Hz -10 DB?? JBL can be conservative on it's spec's sometimes. I guess I gotta plug 'em in. Well, hook some amps up to them. Perfect duty for two of those DA-2's. No room for these subs right now.
TNRabbit 371 Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Everyone should at least HEAR a JL Audio Gotham at some point in their life. The MACK DADDY of subwoofers, with a price to match: $12,000.00 MSRP. Two massive 13.5" subs with a 3,800 watt (RMS) amp & room correction software. The utter smoothness & UNGODLY KICK literally take your breathe. I guarantee you've never heard anything remotely like it. http://www.jlaudio.com/home-audio-powered-subwoofers-gotham 1
BillWojo 542 Posted February 20, 2015 Author Posted February 20, 2015 Hey Rabbit, just read the specs on them, 4" of excursion! That's totally nuts. So I'll keep an eye out for them in the thrift stores. BillWojo 1
