What would be a good musical sub match up for a M500t MKII, 4000t and a pair of Cornwall II's? The Corns have 15" woofers, set up on a 28' wide wall by 38' deep with a cathedral ceiling. Is the hook up in the second Main Outputs if using a powered sub? What would be a good recomondation? Thanks, RonW.

Im thinking on adding a sub (musical) to my 2 channel system (see signature) to go along with my Cornwall II's once I get my MK II back. What advice can you guys give me, oh yeah Im on a limited budget, so limited I don't even have it yet, LOL. I seen high end subs for $2000 and up. Actually Im looking at Part's Express' 15" Titanic MK 4, it has great reviews. My listening room is 18'x27' with the CW II;s on the 18' wall in the corners toed in to centerline. My spot is about 15' back from the wall on the center line. Im real anxious to get my M500t MK II back so I can set up my system again running through all the steps of the C4000t including the sonic hologram. The Cornwall II's have 15" woofers, will this sub work, sound good, and be able to keep up with the rest of my system? Thanks in advance for your expert opinions.... RonW.

I'm sure that the VPI will do a better job, but compared to the price, the Disc Washer does a great job.... RonW.

Does these speakers have the umbilical cord??? I was sold a pair by an not so cool sales guy and they were not compatibale with my M500t.... Just curious. RonW.

A bunch of Mötley Crüe songs, notably Kick Start My Heart, Hooligans Holiday and Primal Scream.... Just bought my tickets for the Farewell Tour, after this tour they are done. Watching them now on YouTube, you might not like them but they will kick your ass!! RonW.

Thanks guys, I'm looking forward to the MKII's. my gear as been in storage for over ten years and its suffering from old age capacitors. I should be getting the pre-amp any day from a refresh with sonic upgrades. I've been on Rich's waiting list since last September and I will be sending in the M500t for the MKII upgrade in about a week. It's been so long since I've enjoyed the system especially with the upgrades, I'm like a kid waiting for Santa Claus.... I know tht the Cornies are very efficient, and the upgraded power of the MKII will really drive them and blow out the dust! My den is 18' x 28' with cathedral ceilings, and I just can't wait to "crank it up" and fill up the room. Ampless in New Orleans.... RonW.

I have a pair of Cornwall II's vintage late '80's with up graded Crites titanium diaphragms and new crossovers. I will be running these thru a Carver C4000t, M500t (soon to be a MKII), TX-11a and a DTL-200 along with a Sony CDP-C85ES and a Teac X2000R. Other than "LOUD" what do you think of this set up?
