MORE CARVER'S PLEASE 99 Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Found these on CL last week... The wife and I drove down to Northern Va. this afternoon a got em... They are BAD A$$... I've been a huge Klipsch fan for over 25 years and have many Klipsch.... Love the horn loaded sound.... I've seen these JBL's for sale on the e-bay but none with-in a two hour drive. So when I found these last week I just had to check-em out... They sounded great at the guys house I got from... so we got em I am unable to play them at my house now cuz I need a active crossover..... but they look awesome.... had to move a few Klipsch out the way..... He powered them with a Big Crown Macro-Tech 2400.... the wife like it and wanted it..... who am I to tell the wife no to a Macro-Tech 2400.... so that came home with us also Let me try and load some pics on here.... give me a minute... She's got several of their proprietary features, I think the Grounded Bridge is pretty neat. Good grief, all those horns and a Macro-Tech 2400 to power them? I bet they can hear your system loud and clear two zip codes away!

I have parts to build one , mine takes modules from Marchand, the modules I have cross at 100hz. Not a priority project since I got my Carverfest speakers! Do you know what crossover point your looking for? Barry

She is the one that found our Klipsch LaScala's some 25 years ago... She loves this stuff... No That's not a kitten in the pic.... It's statue of a rhineouserours..... Our two cats do go running down stairs when I "click" the amps on.... they know what coming lol lol MCP :-)

During the week I'll shut it down no later than 10:00 pm and weekends it's 12:00.... or if they tex me and tell me there baby is sleeping....and I don't push 300+ watt at the klipsch all the time lol lol MCP :-) 1

My audio bud Ryan came over tonight and we got the dbx x-over hooked up, and my man dialed the JBL's in... It's truly on another level..... My man bought over his microphone a lap top and his wireless router so he could walk around my living room and make adjustments to the x-over.... We also got the Crown Macro-tech 2400 hooked up for the bass bins.... Awesome is a understatement..... MCP :-) 3
