Set up my bedroom system, SoundStream System 1, DA-1, C-1, T-1 with Sony CDP-X33ES disc player. For speakers, I decided on playing a pair of ADS L730's I've had kicking around for about 10 years. Ugly! Someone rolled tan paint on them in the past. I sanded them and did a quick gloss black spray paint to them. Damn, it sounds really, really good. ADS speakers really defined my speaker direction, soft dome tweeters and mids. To me, just right!

Then, I come across a pair of 910's, monster ADS speakers, just a few miles from here, same guy I bought the Snell D's I brought to CarverFest 18. I really want them, but no place to put them! Those are 10" woofers!

KVE, I have a pair of 910's in my bedroom system and they, quite simply, are amazing! I'm a fanboy of ADS for sure. These are my second pair, I began with the infamous L710/2's. Are you a member of the ADS/Braun FB group? There are several members who love your 730's and I have to admit, I very much wish to audition a pair of them. Regarding the 910's, I promise you won't be disappointed in them, especially if at a good price. But they are pretty big. Each cabinet weighs about 110 lbs.

I have the 730's as well and love them... get the 910's if they are at a good price... They are hard to come by locally and u can always make space!

$1500. Kinda pricey for me at the moment.

Yeah, that's a big number for them. For that they'd need to have had all the drivers and crossovers restored by Richard So already, IMO.
