I suggest Blue Dream for the buzz fix unless you're referring to the ribbons buzzing, In that case, I suggest contacting @sea. He's the goto guy on Carver ribbons speakers.

I'll second the recommendation/contacting @sea from @Sk1Bum.

 

I'll take a guess that the TFM is a 42/45?

Welcome, @CERB, glad you found us.  @sea is your guy for the ribbons. His work is approved by Bob Carver himself on those ribbons.  They will last your lifetime after he rebuilds them.  Sea's name is Ed Atkins.  You can send him a PM here, or also (where he frequents more often) you can find him on the Carver Facebook Groups or on facebook, in general.  Super great guy - you won't be disappointed.  The investment is well worth it. 

 

BTW, what is the amp you have?  I'm not familiar with the TFM 374?  did you mean a TFM-75?  or a TFM-35? or?

 

And, it often goes without saying..., we LOVE pictures.  Glad to have you on board, and don't hesitate to brag on your system and speakers more here..., we love it!
