Now that both the C-1 and M-1.0t are refurb'd and upgraded w/BillD & Gundry and MKII - OPT002 the listening is a real treat but, I do have this problem!

I sent my Classic Vacuum Tube in to get some repairs and tubes. The previous owner glued foil to the underside of the cover. Causing the glue to drip onto the tubes causing a little trouble . I also replaced a Carver M-1.0t inverting with a non inverting. Upon reconnecting everything I get either hissing or hum. I have a bluos streamer connected to the sunfire via the aux input. The preamp output feeds the amp from output 1. The sub is connected to the bluos. Any guess as to what could be going on here? Thanks in advance!

Rob Dixon, Naptown Soul was released on August 21, 2026. "At various moments while listening to Naptown Soul, you may find your player emitting steam, especially in the last three Dixon compositions. While Indianapolis may not loom as large as Chicago or Detroit in the popular conversations about Midwestern jazz meccas, it is clear from Dixon’s album that it very well should."
