I just bought a TFM-35 with a C-11 preamp. I was thinking about buying a set of Q11 Meta Keff Sprakers. I listen to Rush, Pink Floyd Iron Maiden. What is your thoughts on the speakers with this amp setup?

It sounds like you have a solid setup (I started with a TFM 35 years ago), good preamp, good speakers.  You are on your way to a case of OCCD!

Welcome! I've only once briefly listened to the Q11 Meta's, but like all speakers from KEF, they sounded fantastic. 

 

The pair I listened to was in a high-end stereo shop and were the white finish - beautiful.

I visited Halifax during my Navy days in the early '80's.  Beautiful place!  You've got a good setup there; The TFM-35 and the C-11 pair well with the KEF's.  I've always liked the sound of KEF speakers, never owned any but had a friend that rolled through a few different models..
