    Cool Find & Welcome To The Site! I hate to be one of those guys, but if you can swing it... and it is still there, you really should go grab the other TFM-35 so you'll be ready when one of us convinces you to use one amp per speaker. Great find Sir, you have good taste and an awesome amp!

    Welcome @cerglabs! Glad you have found some very nice Carver gear and want to refresh them. There are several brilliant guys who will likely chime in to help you along. In the meantime if you look around and make some posts you'll soon be able to post pictures of your equipment and document your repairs.

    Unfortunately no I didn't. On the 3 hour drive to pick them up the seller started freaking out that he wanted to cancel the ebay sale, refund the purchase and have me bring cash instead. About 3/4 of the way there, he canceled the sale, refunded my money then said he would be an hour late and for me to go get cash while I was waiting for him. Seemed like a good time to go home. I'll definitely keep an eye out for a pair. I would likely mate them with my HR-772 for a garage system.

    You can copy all you want from me, however I would advise against copying my purchasing model. You see, I like to find people with unique items who really do not what to sell and then grossly overpay them. I then try to sell to people who do not know what it is and really don't want it. Yes, it's true, I come from a long line of buy high sell low kinda men.

    Welcome Mr Friday. Some good advice I received was to buy, listen, sell and repeat until you find a speaker you just can't bring yourself to sell. If you live in an area with lots of used hifi gear you can really become an expert on what speakers you and your system enjoy... you could even change your name to the CraigslistENER... cause you'll be listening to all the speakers you bought on craigsli... sorry, it's been a dad joke kinda week.
