deaconofnoise 9
Hello and thanks for accepting me. I own 6 Carver PM 1.5 amps which I use to power a medium sized sound system consisting of 4 Community SLS 920, 2 Community RS 220 and 4 Community CSX 40. Mixer is a Yamaha LS9-16. I look forward to getting information to help me keep these great old amps in service. My concerns right now are (1) replacing noisy fans, (2) acquiring schematics (3) recapping. Thanks! deacon of noise.

BobTFM35 1,934
@deaconofnoise Welcome to the Carver Site!! Love that collection of Amps!! Make sure you explore the manuals section to find the service manual for your PMs. Make sure you download the one that Is labeled "Carver PM-1.5 Member Diagrams.pdf" as its an exceptionally well done document. As for the motor this link might be of some value to start you quest for motor information, Welcome!!
