Hi Sean and welcome aboard. I moved your post from Website support to The Welcome Shop. No worries, easy fix. Website support is for website issues.

We may have some documentation available for your Sunfire gear. On the top menu bar, click (or tap) Manuals and Specsheets.

That should take you to a table that kinda resembles an Excel worksheet.

On the bottom of the table, click or tap on Sunfire, and look for your models.

If you're stumped or need help, you can start a topic here for the pre:

and here for the amp:

You can also search those forums (highly recommended) because someone may have had the same problems, and the fix is posted.
