I was recently given a pair of Carver M2030 car stereo amps by an acquaintance. I have never owned a Carver product but remember from years ago that the name was synonymous with high quality.  I have a random collection of older stereo gear that was destined for trash can.

@tvm62 Welcome to the Carver Site!!

I assume that you will be putting those amps into service. Our library on Carver Car amps does not include your model. If you are looking for advice on what pieces of Carver Home Stereo equipment can replace the older stereo gear, I'm sure that you will find the answers here!!

When you reach 5 reactions you should be able to post pictures as everyone here enjoys see pictures of audio equipment of any kind.

Enjoy the Site!!

Welcome and nice pickup on those Carver amps. I'd say definitely worth hanging on to and putting to use. And while we don't have a copy of the service manuals here (yet), I do see that there's one available on eBay for $15 if you need it. https://www.ebay.com/itm/362350451556

Welcome to the site, @tvm62, glad you found us.

We'd love to see you put a thread together on these, and especially if you put them into service.

There are a few "project threads" on car audio, but not sure if that model.  On the main page, there is an index of all the sub-forums, one dedicated to car audio.

Again, glad you found us, and welcome!

It’s excellent of your endeavor to use vintage Carver car audio. 👍

Keep us posted on your project.
