S2000TrakJnky 7 Posted yesterday at 12:11 AM Posted yesterday at 12:11 AM Greetings, I joined a few weeks ago when I recognized that this is a great resource to all things Carver. I friend from High School gave me a TFM-45 she was clearing out of her garage that she no longer uses. She is was a tech long ago and this was her personal amp. Shortly after hooking up the amp, I wanted to source a Carver preamp to drive it with. My Harmon Kardon Citation 17 did not seem to drive the TFM-45 as much as I know it should. So after a reasonable search, I found that the C-1 looked to be a good fit for the features I needed it a preamp. So down the rabbit hole I go. It sound great. Drive the JBL L150s very well. I found a Carver SD/A-360 CD player that was being sold to parts cheap, and I know enough to be willing to open it up and see what I can find. Turns out one of the belts turned into a puddle of black goo. That is all clean up, now to find a replacement belt. So my question is, does anyone know the belt sizes of both of the belt? The service manual only listed a carver part number. Not the size. 7

Community Admin AndrewJohn 11,090 Posted 8 hours ago Community Admin Posted 8 hours ago The belt size table is also located in the Manuals Library under the CD Player section (Manuals Library is the menu click at the top...) There are several threads on 360 and 390 CD player repairs on TCS - check them out in the Forum for Sources, or use Search. Enjoy - glad you found us.
