  1. File it under "D" or "C"? For me, "D."
  2. Listening to the out takes on Dusc #3.
  3. Belated happy birthday, Miles Davis (May 26, 1926 – September 28, 1991).
  4. Disc #2's Third Stone From The Sun/If You Love me Like You Say, because of the Hendrix original & Jaco Pastorius' version in his solos.
  5. Just found @ the local vinyl shop, this lp , The Who: Live At Leeds, ($6) has all the original inclusions but it was the poster, The Who–Maximum R&B, that sealed the purchase. Sort of like finding a Beatles White album with all the original glossy photos. Looking toward framing the poster. Addendum: The Live At Leeds LP inserts: a Delivery Note receipt for a smoke generator, Notice of proceeding from county court for return of Vox guitar, a bass and a settle a returned check, a receipt for a gig when they were The High Numbers (1964), a box office receipt from the Jee Club (1964), a letter from EMI records regarding demos submitted as The High Numbers (1965), a gig cancellation letter(1965), a tour itinerary by the manager (196?), a contract for their Woodstock performance for $12,500, a typed out My Generation lyric sheet for the studio, an early B&W promo photo, a B&W photo of Townsendairborn with guitar at Woodstock, and the big fold-out poster The Who: Maximum R&B.
  6. Wilco, Sky Blue Sky
  7. Astor Piazzolla & New Tango Quintet, Tango: Zero Hour
  8. My wife's pick at the vinyl shop, an LP she once owned is now back.
  9. From the vinyl shop (mine is adorned with blue ink pen doodling):
  10. She got it,"There's no one else." Dinner on the way!
  11. Lining up a selection for my sweetheart when she steps in the door, Do What You Like, as she love Ginger Baker. I usually aske her, "Who's is playing." and she gets it right!
  12. The Filene Center at Wolf Trap is our favorite outdoors venue, Hollywood Bowl would be a great west coast visit. Until then...
