Just found @ the local vinyl shop, this lp , The Who: Live At Leeds, ($6) has all the original inclusions but it was the poster, The Who–Maximum R&B, that sealed the purchase. Sort of like finding a Beatles White album with all the original glossy photos. Looking toward framing the poster.
Addendum: The Live At Leeds LP inserts: a Delivery Note receipt for a smoke generator, Notice of proceeding from county court for return of Vox guitar, a bass and a settle a returned check, a receipt for a gig when they were The High Numbers (1964), a box office receipt from the Jee Club (1964), a letter from EMI records regarding demos submitted as The High Numbers (1965), a gig cancellation letter(1965), a tour itinerary by the manager (196?), a contract for their Woodstock performance for $12,500, a typed out My Generation lyric sheet for the studio, an early B&W promo photo, a B&W photo of Townsendairborn with guitar at Woodstock, and the big fold-out poster The Who: Maximum R&B.
