    I got my AR,s about 80 or 81 ! I already had a Keenwood KA3500 and two La Scala,s ! Broke two windows showing off with it. Louder than a club and much clearer. I loved my M 400!

    Your AR,s with a C1 with a Carver power amp! You will hear them sing. That Carver power was great for my AR 10,s. soulofsound

    I had a pair of AR-10s years ago bought them new and sounded great to me. But you needed some real power to run them. I used a M 400 !

    I agree with Steve and B-man put the amp on top . It will help keep it cooler and last longer! And maybe some higher risers.

    Any ever heard of Pro Sonic headphones ? I had a pair hooked up to a head phone box from Radio Shack. And a Kenwood KA 3500 amp. The sound was great, but it had over 40 watts per ch, running them. Anyone ever seen a or heard of them? soulofsound

    RichP714 I understand where your coming from! Even with HD , Blue ray, or many CD, I,ve saw and heard now days. Nothing comes close to the sound of real now! To me it makes me sick that true sound takes a back seat in all of it. Think were a dying breed now and the young will never know what true sound is all about. Its sad but true. soulofsound
