  9. I wish that I could find the words that convey my feelings in a fluent and persuasive manner. Simple and sweet: I like the MAN, his ideas, his designs, and how; when it is all put together, makes me feel when I turn on my system comprised of his Babies. Better words could be selected but I think you can guess what my feelings are.
  10. Welcome to the site and as @wrf mentioned, the search function could contain older posts that might be helpful. Much better to go into an expedition knowing a little bit more about the landscape. First, have no experience with the 6200. Took a look at the service manual and I must say they did a decent job at labeling some of the jumper ribbons with its respective signal. This in itself helps to identify the particular signal path you are following, or at least it gets you started. I would start on page 39 of the pdf in the lower left corner of the schematic and follow the signal from each respective input. Enjoy your journey.
  11. @Ar9Jim Thanks for the post on anodizing. It got me looking at how it was done and if I can do something like that at home. My search came up with this, https://caswellplating.com/ This looks like a match in color? https://caswellplating.com/anodizing-products/anodizing-kits.html Looks interesting and they have several other coating systems to explore. Thanks Jim
  12. Welcome to the Carver Site and enjoy your stay!!
  13. Welcome to the Carver Site. Searching for the words "mxr 130"" or "mxr130" will bring up more pages of information that are sure to help you on your unit's journey to recovery. This is just one of many posts on the 130. One vender is mentioned in this post (Circuits and Concepts) and he has parts for the 130. You can find him on eBay In that very same post, you will find this comment. "The MXR130 issues are pretty well documented and most fixes simple. Yes, all older gear should get capacitors, etc, but I would gamble that a well maintained 130 or 150 will last longer than what's generally available in retail box stores today. Sound great, too! No need to fear keeping one going!" And as @3M_Audio mentioned, "what exactly is going on with your unit and what parts are you looking for? " Enjoy your stay here.
