Bococomo 5 Posted March 31, 2023 Share Posted March 31, 2023 Hello All, I've been collecting, trading, enjoying audio gear in many forms for the past 25+ years. Everything from Vintage home Stereos, Home Theater setups, Car audio and sometimes headphones. 5 years ago a buddy gave me a Carver PM-1.5A amplifier for free because it did not work. After initial tests I got distracted and the amp ended up buried in storage. I've recently re-discovered it and have taken another crack at repair. But upon opening it I knew I was dealing with something special. So I have come here to try and educate myself on these amps and Carver in general. There is a lot of information here, much technical know how, and a pretty good bunch of folks that are happy to help. The PM amps are popular here. I'm sure there will be folks to chat with about your project. Once you get to Novice status, please consider uploading some pics of your gear in the Members Systems area.
