halfWave 5 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Hello all, I just joined today after stumbling onto this site. While I wasn't intending to look up Carver audio equipment today one link led to another and one hour later hear I am signed up lol. I have a Carver C4000 I bought new in 1980 (# 3593C). It still works fine and I use it with Hafler amplifiers to drive a pair of Infinity Q2 speakers. I did have a Carver M-400 back in the day but sold it to a friend. Who still has it. Its probably time to consider cleaning and recapping the C4000. Maybe add any later modifications if that is possible. So I'll look around at the manuals and forum posts. I'm in no rush this moment. Of course any suggestions are also welcome! 4
