    Sorry to hear about your wife and hope that you are doing OK. Also hope that you get your gear back up to speed - you will really enjoy it. When my kids were in school i took a hiatus from my equipment for a few years because if I wasn't working, I was coaching and had no time of my own so I get it.

    I think that there is a mV rating where some cartridges match up better. But better ask someone else because I'm talking out of my ass.

    That's a nice cartridge. I used to have an Audio Technica LP5 turntable and this cartridge matched up pretty good and I liked the sound. Maybe ask your turntable repair guy which cartridge has the best synergy with your table.
