Thanks for the warm welcome! I still haven't found a repair solution for my Ultimate Receiver II and it looks like I may be upgrading to later gen Sunfire TGR-3. It's similar spec as the Ultimate Receiver II with HDMI ports. I'm expecting it will use the same remote IR codes so I don't have to reprogram that. This is a pic of my media room.

Wow. love that room, and the set-up.  Excellent.  I'm betting at night, the mood lights make this a super place to hang out.

Great looking room!  I have a similarly shaped room for my setup.  It's above my garage, and the roof line makes a 45 degree ceiling on both sides just like that.  I have no data on this- but I think it's better acoustically, vs a typical box shaped room.   

 

Oh, and BTW... love the Spiderman!  He and the Flash are my two favorite superheroes :).
