    Welcome to TCS. Looking forward to your project progress. And, it goes without saying..., we LOVE pictures! Just cut and paste into the editor with Windows Snippit, or Apple's similar. On your project..., I suggest rebuilding it to OEM, before changing anything out as a mod..., it will simplify things, and you'll know you got it working before the mod - vs., doing both at the same time, and not knowing what part of the changes caused the failure. Again, welcome to TCS!

(BTW, when cutting and pasting text into the TCS editor window, use Right Click, and select Paste as Plain Text. That way, any html or other txt color definition will be stripped. I will fix your original post text to be legible.)

    Hi, I’ve been following Sunfire subwoofers ever since I heard a Super Junior at a relative's house—an experience that opened the door for me to the world of DIY audio. As fate would have it, that very Super Junior has now ended up in my hands with a busted cabinet and a blown amplifier (three IRF640s and the 2121/5949 transistors are gone). So, I’ve taken on the task of trying to repair it. Thanks for letting me join the community, and I hope to keep you all updated on the progress. For now, I've been thinking about upgrading the semiconductors—using MJL4302/4281 and IRF640N—but I'm not sure if the 1943/5200 are good replacements for the 2121/5949. Could someone clarify that for me?
