    My record store guy recommended Nashville's Emma Swift covers of Dylans stuff. She is no Allison Kraus but it's a great recording. As you may expect, it has alot more clarity than Dylan's crooning. And much more patience. A little on the country side of things for the sound but not too much. Her voice. (I play it loud w/SH) makes the tales quite believable and is an interesting take on Dylan. For a taste, check out "You're A Big Girl Now".

    I have the 2011 "Music on Vinyl" recording of SRV - Couldnt Stand the Weather. Amazing recording. Tin Pan Alley gives me goose bumps. I also have a 2005 "Friday Music" recording of Boz Scaggs - Some Change. Pretty incredible voice and recording of it.
